Collaboration and Accreditation
Rockpointe Corporation collaborates with accredited sponsors to create scientifically sound, innovative, and practice-enhancing certified education programs that meet the needs of the target audiences and improve patient care. Rockpointe has developed successful alliances with organizations accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), and other accrediting bodies.
Our provider partner is the Potomac Center for Medical Education (PCME). PCME is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians and by the ACPE to provide continuing pharmacy education for pharmacists.
In addition, Rockpointe has cultivated joint sponsorship relationships with numerous accredited universities (e.g. Johns Hopkins University, Penn State College of Medicine, and University of Cincinnati); professional societies and medical associations (e.g. the American Osteopathic Association, Heart Failure Society of America, American Academy of Physician Assistants, and American Society of Hypertension); and other medical education organizations to create effective CME/CE learning experiences.
Rockpointe has also developed extensive partnerships with government agencies and divisions within the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). These federal affiliations help ensure Rockpointe’s educational programs are current, objective, and scientifically relevant to all target clinicians.
